Rental Agreement
Rentals must be confirmed for availability before reservations are confirmed. Once availability is approved you will receive a rental confirmation order. A deposit on the rental order must be paid to confirm the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.

Pickup reservations: pickups can be done up to 2 days before the event date and returns must be made within 24 hours after the event. No additional fees for pickup options.

Delivery reservations: delivery can be made up to 24 hours before the event date and returns must be made within 24 hours after the event—additional delivery fees are based on location.
​
Setup reservations: delivery and styling of rentals can be done up to 24 hours before the event date, this includes cleanup and pickup of rentals within 24 hours after the event—additional fees based on location and size of rental order.

ALL RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT DATE.
